Gathering In The Year

Sunday, December 8th
3 - 4:30 pm

Zoom Only

An end is only a beginning in disguise

- Craig D. Lounsbrough

Traditionally, the end of the year is a time to go within, to come into stillness, and reflect on our lives of the past year. It is also a time to prepare for the new season and year ahead. With the holiday mayhem it is easy to get lost in the busyness and to pass by this important opportunity. Yet, deep within we all crave the soul’s natural rhythm which is attuned to the rhythmic cycles of nature and the Universe. To come into the inner quiet, reflect, and gather in community is a blessing to self and to all.

As we gather together you will:

~ Be led into an inner place of stillness, so that you can hear your inner voice of loving wisdom

~ Remember acts of love and kindness shown to you and let gratitude be felt

~ Honor the times of joy that have graced your life

~ Allow regrets, known and unknown, to surface, compassionately gazing upon them with loving kindness and self-forgiveness

~ Reflect on words and actions that may have caused you pain, and call in the energy of forgiveness

~ Sit in the feminine womb of darkness, allowing the alchemy of love to cleanse and clear your energy field, your body, heart, and mind

This will be a gentle gathering into love and gratitude, into remembrance, and honoring your own being and all beings.

Come and prepare the way, opening the doorway for what waits to be given in the new season and life ahead.

Facilitated by Meghan Don, Award-Winning Author, Feminine Mentor, Interfaith Minister and Death Guide. Meghan is known for her ability to lead people directly into their loving heart and soul wisdom. Her books are: Dying Into Love, Feminine Courage, Meditations with Teresa of Avila, and Sacred Companions Sacred Community. www.MeghanDon.Life

Spiritual Ecology Circle

Mondays Weekly

Continuing December 9th

5 - 6:15 pm

Hybrid

Join us to explore the spiritual dimension of our present ecological crisis. Spiritual Ecology Circle grows out of the awareness that the outer destruction we see in the world is related to an inner disconnection from and disregard for the sacred within all of life. We cannot address the climate catastrophe with data alone – we need new ways of seeing and thinking. Unseen Beings, will lead us on a path of discovery, "We may speak of ‘saving the planet,’ but we usually just mean ‘guarding the storehouse,’ not supporting the welfare of all living beings…. and the human-centered story is killing us.”

Unseen Beings examines our ecological diagnosis, its historical causes and its much-needed treatment, as well as exploring:

  • how and why we constructed a human-centric worldview
  • amazing recent discoveries around non-human intelligence
  • how religious traditions have dealt with questions of nature, sentience and ecology
  • critical connections between human health and environmental health

Climate anxiety leaves us feeling confused and powerless, but there is another way. Through our guided study, we can recover our sense of kinship with non-human beings and uncover a path to become builders of a better future.

Listening Circles: Seeding Life

Tuesday, December 10th
5
:30 - 6:45 pm

Zoom Only

Candles, Christmas Lights and the Winter Solstice all light our path.

May the light be above me,

May the light be below me,

May the light be in front of me,

May the light be in back of me,

May there be light all around me.

Together, we will hold light in the darkness, at this time of year that blends endings and beginnings. From a variety of religious and cultural traditions, prayers that hold the light of humanity will help us sense the unity within, the unity with all and the power in our prayers.

Gather with us in circle to sense the heartbeat that draws us together as women. There is an ancient heritage to this work, and it is healing not just for those in circle, but for all women and for our mother, Earth. Each month we will join our hearts to learn more about how to live from our true self and connect the inner and outer worlds. Receive vital nourishment that needs to be shared in a world of ever-increasing distractions. Women are weavers by nature, and by gathering in a group, we weave back into life the missing threads of love.
