Celia Bailey

Celia is a lawyer in the U.S. Attorney's office in East Baton Rouge Parish. She is a member of the Poverty Forum Planning Team, and was a board member of the Interfaith Federation of Greater Baton Rouge in 2011.

Heather is an experienced nonprofit and public sector leader with more than 20 years of progressive leadership in operations, outreach, and strategic development. She is recognized for her ability to cultivate inclusive organizational cultures, strengthen community partnerships, and lead mission-driven initiatives that create meaningful impact. Heather brings extensive experience in board engagement, donor stewardship, and program administration across a variety of sectors. Passionate about community connection and civic engagement, she has been actively involved with several organizations making positive change in the Capital Region, including Baton Rouge Green, RocketKidz Foundation, and The Red Shoes.

Heather Reggio Finke
Donna Fitzgerald-DeJean, Ph.D.

Donna has provided speech therapy services to individuals across the lifespan and trained students and professionals providing this care. Throughout her adult life, volunteering with professional and community organizations has been Donna’s favorite hobby.

Rachel Jackson

Rachel B. Jackson is a native of Monroe and has been a Baton Rouge resident for sixteen years, serving in various local mission-driven organizations focused on community development, arts and culture, and disaster relief. Currently, she specializes in fiscal sponsorship as a change tool, advancing culturally rooted community impact in ways that make Louisiana and the deep South better for all. 

Rachel has been a participant and attendee of programming at the Red Shoes for at least four years. Her interests in community connectivity and research propel her work, and it pushed her to start Adornleaf Tea Co in 2019, a supplier of organic handmade herbal tea and a hub for accessible herbal wellness education. When she’s not working, she enjoys yoga, reading good novels, and eating good food.

Sandy Patrick

Sandy is a nurse with her BSN from LSU. She volunteers with VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools), the Girl Scouts, and the Council on Child Abuse.

Jodi Perrodin

Jodi an eternal student of the stars, beginning her fascination with astrology in high school. In 2021 she dove back into her astrological studies and graduated from Debra Silverman’s Applied Astrology school. There she experienced the ancient art of astrology through the lens of psychology and learned to guide others to practically apply the insights gained from studying their unique astrological chart as a pathway to self-compassion. Jodi works with the elemental energies daily, follows the moon cycles, and is passionate about sharing what she has learned with others.

Sally Williams

Sally recently retired after a 30-year career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a profession she deeply loved and approached with compassion, humility, and respect. Throughout her work, she honored the profound privilege of being invited into the life journeys of her clients and walking alongside them in times of growth, healing, and transformation. In addition to her clinical work, Sally holds an MFA in Sculpture and continues to create Environmental Art and Art for Sacred Spaces. Her artistic practice reflects her deep reverence for the natural world and her belief that the Earth is inseparable from who we are. She is passionate about fostering a relationship of respect, stewardship, and care for the environment through both her creative work and community engagement.
