About the event
A regenerative meditation that utilizes both breathwork and inner vision to root the nervous system into a state of nurturing tranquility. Meditation will be supported with indirect Reiki work by the facilitator.
Facilitated by Matt Rainwater, a local artist, writer, and Reiki master certified by the Reiki Membership Association.
His work includes the Webtoon series Trailer Park Warlock and the supplemental Trailer Park Warlock tarot.
