Through meditation, reflection, and meaningful dialogue, participants examine the hidden aspects of themselves and cultivate greater awareness, wisdom, and authenticity in life's later chapters.

Facilitated by Wendy Herschman, the former Executive Director of The Red Shoes, where she served for 18 years and helped establish the organization as a trusted center for personal and spiritual growth. A skilled facilitator and community leader, Wendy is passionate about fostering connection, reflection, and lifelong learning through workshops, book circles, and community dialogue. She continues to inspire others through her work exploring spirituality, personal growth, and conscious aging.
