About the event
In the midst of life’s constant motion, finding small moments of stillness can become powerful acts of care. This restorative program invites you to pause, sip, and reconnect with yourself through the mindful ritual of tea.
Together, we’ll begin with a brief grounding practice to center our group before exploring the role of personal rituals in creating balance and resilience. Through guided reflection, conversation, and a hands-on mapping exercise, you’ll discover simple ways to anchor yourself throughout the day—turning ordinary moments into opportunities for mindfulness and meaning.
A short herbal wellness overview will introduce the benefits of common herbs and teas, while a guided tasting will engage your senses in savoring the flavor, scent, and warmth of tea as a grounding practice. Along the way, we’ll share supportive dialogue about letting go of what no longer serves us and embracing what nourishes body and spirit.
