The Spirit of Play is a creative and immersive workshop designed to reconnect participants with the joy, expression, and freedom found in play. Through guided experiences that move across the stages of childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, participants will explore creativity, emotional expression, and deep rest.

The workshop unfolds in three parts: playful and sensory art-making to awaken the inner child, music and movement to honor the expressive spirit of the inner teenager, and a restorative sound bath to support reflection and integration for the inner adult.

Blending art, rhythm, movement, and sound, this experiential offering invites participants to step out of overthinking and into embodied creativity. Together we will explore how play can release tension, spark inspiration, and restore a sense of presence and connection.
