About the event
Death is a sacred passage—one we will all cross—yet it remains one of the most tender and avoided conversations in our culture. This evening invites you to sit in circle, share a meal, and open your heart to the mystery of life’s final threshold. End-of-life doula Penny Clement will gently guide us through a compassionate and honest conversation about death and dying. Together, we’ll create a space of reverence, reflection, and connection—where fears can soften, stories can be shared, and the sacredness of mortality can be honored.
Bring a dish that holds meaning: a family recipe, a comfort food, or something that evokes the memory of a loved one or your cultural roots. In doing so, we’ll nourish one another not just with food, but with presence and remembrance.
