What if listening could be one of the most meaningful gifts you offer another person? In this engaging and experiential workshop, you’ll explore the powerful difference between listening to respond and listening to truly understand.

Through discussion, demonstration, and partner practice, participants will learn simple yet transformative techniques for deep, attentive listening. Together we’ll explore how presence, body language, silence, and curiosity can create conversations where people feel genuinely heard.

The goal is beautifully simple: to listen so well that the speaker can say, “Yes, that’s exactly what I mean.”

Participants are welcome to bring a partner, family member, or friend, especially someone with whom communication can sometimes feel challenging. Practicing together in a supportive and guided environment offers a unique opportunity to learn new ways of listening and relating with care and understanding.
