Through meaningful discussion, this weekly gathering will explore The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul by Connie Zweig. Zweig guides us, through various spiritual practices and shadow awareness, to break through veiled resistance at this threshold into the next stage of life. 

Guided by longtime facilitator Wendy Herschman, this Circle combines short meditation, reflection, and group inquiry to deepen self-awareness and nurture conscious spiritual aging.
