About the event

In this empowering workshop, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Melissa Eastin invites you to rediscover food as one of your greatest allies for strength, vitality, and long-term well-being. Together we’ll explore how a nutrient-dense diet, built around whole, properly prepared foods, can help your body become more adaptable, balanced, and resilient in the face of everyday stress.

This isn’t about dieting or restriction. It’s about learning how to truly nourish yourself.

Participants will explore the core principles of nutritional therapy and learn how prioritizing high-quality proteins, healthy fats, mineral-rich vegetables, and traditional food preparation can support digestion, stabilize blood sugar, balance hormones, and restore lasting energy. We will also take a practical look at everyday strategies that make healthy eating sustainable, including meal planning, grocery shopping and label reading, food storage, kitchen organization, and simple preparation techniques.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how food…
