About the event
In this empowering workshop, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Melissa Eastin invites you to rediscover food as one of your greatest allies for strength, vitality, and long-term well-being. Together we’ll explore how a nutrient-dense diet, built around whole, properly prepared foods, can help your body become more adaptable, balanced, and resilient in the face of everyday stress.
