What if your life story didn’t have to begin at the beginning? Memoir in Moments is a six-week writing circle designed to help you capture your life as a collection of meaningful vignettes. Through simple, evocative prompts, you’ll write short pieces that preserve your memories, honor your history, and spark connection with others.

Inspired by a decades-long community writing group that generated volumes of personal stories, including family traditions, birth stories, farm life, childhood pets, moments of courage, this circle offers a deeply affirming way to document your life, one memory at a time.

Each week, participants will:

• Share a short vignette written from the previous week’s prompt 

• Engage in gentle discussion and reflection

• Receive a new prompt designed to stir memory and imagination
