Celebrate the Summer Solstice—the longest day of the year—with a deeply restorative Sound Immersion led by Sound Healing Therapist Lissee Spiller. Using Tibetan Singing Bowls and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.


As the vibrations of sound wash through the room, the nervous system is gently encouraged to relax, breath deepens, and the mind begins to quiet. Research has shown that singing bowl meditation can reduce tension, fatigue, and stress while supporting feelings of well-being.


Because this Solstice weekend also falls near Father’s Day, the experience gently honors the balance of masculine and feminine qualities within each of us—doing and being, strength and receptivity.
