About the event

Do you struggle to break free from your own inner critic? Discover the transformative power of self-compassion to heal, grow, and thrive! In this introductory workshop, Beth Tomlinson will guide us through practices rooted in yogic and secular Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, and therapeutic techniques. Together, these tools offer a pathway to inner peace and healing.

No prior experience is necessary—come as you are.

Optional: bring a journal for reflection, or paper will be provided.

Facilitated by Beth Tomlinson, a certified yoga therapist and nervous system specialist with expertise in anxiety, stress, trauma (including C-PTSD), and chronic pain. Her integrative approach combines yogic philosophy, neuroplasticity, applied polyvagal theory, and Parts-work to empower participants to access their innate ability to heal and thrive. A seasoned speaker, Beth also leads meditation sessions, retreats, and workshops.
