Ecstatic Dance is a space for deep listening, movement, and connection. To honor the experience, we follow these simple guidelines:

• Dance Barefoot – Connecting with the ground enhances awareness and freedom of movement. (Socks are welcome; dance shoes permitted for medical needs.)

• Dance Without Words – Movement is our language. Silence fosters mindfulness and presence. (Verbal guidance is offered only during the opening and closing circles.)

• Dance as You Are – No judgments, no expectations—just freedom of expression. Please refrain from drugs, alcohol, phones, cameras, and strong scents to maintain a shared sacred space.
