Welcome in the new year with a journey of self-inquiry and soulful reflection. In this weekly gathering, we will begin a process designed to loosen assumptions, expand perspective, and open space for new truths to emerge.

Using The Book of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad, we will work with daily journal prompts that invite curiosity and deeper self-awareness. Each short reading provides what Jaouad describes as “tools to engage with discomfort, peel back the layers, uncover your truest self, and hold both the brutal and the beautiful facts of life in the same palm.”
