About the event
Did you know that when we spray chemicals in our yards or green spaces, we can't truly control who or what we're affecting? Across the globe, pollinators and wildlife are disappearing—and this loss poses a serious threat to ecosystem health and long-term food security.
As we head into summer, rather than focusing on yard “treatments” or “getting ahead of the weeds,” we invite you to consider a regenerative approach to gardening.
Regenerative gardening asks us to recognize the deep connections between all aspects of the natural world. It’s about cultivating spaces that nourish both people and the planet.

Join the Louisiana Wild Society to learn more about how pesticides affect our environment, wildlife, and overall well-being—and how we can garden in a way that supports life in all its forms.
