Conscious Dance is a gentle invitation to return home to your body through movement, inner listening, and a felt experience of music. It is a practice of deep presence – an opportunity to be fully with what is alive for you in the moment, and allowing it to move through you. Dance can be a wonderful modality to nurture a deeper connection to your body and breath, as well as with others. It supplies a safe space to express and embody, which can become a pathway to profound healing, as well as a playful exploration of wonder and wild curiosity!
