Join us for an interactive talk about Human Design and the four energy types: Manifestor, Generator, Projector, and Reflector. Each participant will learn their own type, their strategy to reduce resistance in daily life, and how their own aura functions (energy around your body). Let us come together to experiment, play and learn about your human design in this introductory class, a prelude to Living Your Design Weekend Intensive.
Optional: bring laptop, cell phone, birth certificate copy. If your birth certificate is unavailable, bring your birth info including your city/state/time. If you don't have your birth details come learn about your loved ones.

Learn the foundational understandings of Human Design, explore your own energetic type and how to experiment living from this system of knowing. Accept your uniqueness and tap into your core gifts, in harmony with your natural flow.
With a deep understanding of Human Design, enter into experiences and relationships in a way that is correct for you, that enables authentic fulfillment and transforms the quality of your relationships and life. Learn techniques to reduce resistance in your personal and professional life for your energetic Type and gain a new way to experiment with making decisions.
With 2 full days of Human Design instruction, you will emerge with a new understanding of yourself and others, better equipped to relate, strategize, make choices and embrace life fully.

Facilitated by Janet Sullivan, a certified Living Your (Human) Design Guide and Coach. She teaches Human Design concepts because she found them to be revealing about her true nature, transforming the way she parents, works and engages in friendships.
She uses Human Design concepts with Shiatsu, Yoga/Meditation clients, and in all her relationships.
