Sacred Cacao Ceremony

Saturday December 4

5:00-7:00 pm

As Winter Solstice approaches, join us for a Cacao Ceremony, a sacred ritual to honor the elements and spirits of Nature, to create a harmonious matrix with all living beings and express gratitude for Life itself. Cacao is a plant medicine that helps open your heart space and connects you on a deeper level to yourself and others through the frequency of love, compassion and joy. It is associated with the heart chakra, assisting in any transformational shift you are working towards, whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of who you are, release old patterns and traumas, or increase your connection to other beings as a child of this Earth. Join us for ceremonial cacao sharing, intention setting, singing, breathwork, movement, meditation, deep rest and a sharing circle.

This ceremony is open to ALL bodies and beings.

Co-facilitated by Cindi DiMarco, Bijou McCurdy and Lilia Kapsali, who will bring their magic together to alchemize a safe and potent ceremony. The space will be held with the intention of connection, community and healing, through connecting with the spirit of Cacao.

Becoming a Guardian of the Light
Sunday December 5

2:00-3:30 pm

Together we will explore the mythic story of the Woman of Light from The Book of Revelation, and how it applies to our personal and collective journey. We all have a place of Light that needs tending, nurturing, and maybe even igniting. And we all have a spiritual responsibility to birth and protect the Light that we have been gifted and born into. In these times we are simultaneously being birthed and giving birth.

As Hannukah, the Festival of Lights, approaches, and as we prepare for the birthing of the Light with the Winter Solstice and the Inner Christ-Essence, this myth feels to speak to all traditions and beyond. Please join Meghan Don and become a Woman and Man of Light birthing our world and becoming a Guardian of the true human-light nature.

Facilitated by Meghan Don, author of Feminine Courage. Rev. Meghan Don is an award-winning author, evolutionary mystic, retreat presenter and spiritual mentor. Her work raises the feminine confidence in women and feminine consciousness in men. She has been described as “THE VOICE” in showing humanity how to integrate the feminine aspect in our lives. Rev. Meghan was born in New Zealand, lived over twenty years in the United States, and is now living in Ireland, having been called back to the land of her Ancestors.  She is currently working on a book on Death & Dying.

Learn more and listen to Meghan Don's prayer to the Woman of Light.

* Please register by 11:30 am Sunday, December 5 to receive the Zoom link.

Ego & Archetype

Mondays Weekly

Beginning December 6

1:00 -2:30 pm

Are you ready to dig deeper into your personal journey to psychological wholeness? We will immerse in a book study based on the work of Carl Jung. The author, Edward Edinger, analyzes the individuation process, and uses symbolism in religion, myth, dreams, and art to illuminate the path. Discussing the stages in this transformative process, he relates them to our search for meaning. As we integrate this eye-opening path to Self, with Joan McCaskill as our guide, we gain perspectives that make a more authentic life possible.

Facilitated by Joan McCaskill, MA, Spiritual Director.

The Spiritual Ecology Circle

Join us to explore the spiritual dimension of our present ecological crisis. This Circle grows out of the awareness that the outer destruction we see in the world is related to an inner disconnection from and disregard for the sacred within all of life. Through book studies, film screenings, speakers, ceremonies and activities in nature, we will explore ideas and ways of seeing that bring us back into relationship with an animate, ensouled world.  Cultivating a sense of humility and joy in being a part of the natural world, we will move towards an ethics of responsibility, reciprocity, care and love for each other, the earth and all beings.

Book Study

Braiding Sweetgrass

Mondays Weekly

Beginning December 6

6:00 -7:15 pm

Join us in a study of Robin Wall Kimmerer's 'Braiding Sweetgrass', a New York Times and Washington Post Bestseller. In this remarkable book, Kimmerer weaves together her experiences as a bearer of different strands of wisdom and ways of seeing the world: Western Science, Indigenous Traditional Knowledge, and her experiences as a woman and a mother.  Through stories, she shows us how other living beings ―asters and goldenrod, strawberries and squash, salamanders, algae, and sweetgrass―offer us gifts and lessons, even if we've forgotten how to hear their voices. Together we will immerse ourselves in Kimmerer's paradigm-shifting reflections, and consider her central argument: that the awakening of ecological consciousness requires the acknowledgment and celebration of our reciprocal relationship with the rest of the living world.

Facilitated by Lilia Kapsali-Grant, Assistant Program Director of The Red Shoes, Nature Connected Coach, Master's in Outdoor Environmental Education.
