About the event

Discover the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi, a mind-body practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Combining movement with focused breathing, Tai Chi supports both physical and mental health. Clinical studies show that its slow, circular motions can increase muscular strength, flexibility, stamina, and improve posture and balance.


This beginner-level class introduces a 14-move Yang style Tai Chi form, making it accessible for all skill levels—no prior experience required. Join us for this unique, lifelong practice that nurtures both body and mind.


Facilitated by Lisa Langlois, PhD, DMs, a certified Reiki Master and Meditation Teacher with deep expertise in meditative and wellness practices.
