Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. You will work out, want to work out, love working out and get hooked. This class is “exercise in disguise” that improves cardiovascular endurance.  Fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  Zumba fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.  Beginners welcome.  Facilitated by Rachel Carlino, official Zumba Fitness Instructor, CPR certified

Give yourself the gift of reduced stress, increased flexibility and a greater sense of balance in life.  The ancient art of yoga offers simple techniques to center yourself and greet the day with grace. In this gentle yoga class, students honor the wisdom of the body and work within limits of individual flexibility and strength.  Facilitated by Kate Suchanek on Mondays & Wednesdays; Tina Ufford on Tuesdays & Thursdays and Kay Baucum on Fridays.

Gentle Yoga     Mondays and Thursdays     5:30-6:30pm
End your day in a relaxing way. Whether you are a first timer or an experienced yogini, this class will help you relax your body and quiet your mind.  Our gentle yoga class is a blend of disciplines, instruction methods and styles of body work bridging body, mind and spirit.

Kripalu Yoga     Tuesdays     5:30-6:30pm
In this gentle and meditative yoga class students are encouraged to honor the wisdom of the body and work according to the limits of individual strength and flexibility.  A deep, integrated yoga practice that includes some strength poses and balances precise physical alignment with a reflective, compassionate approach.  Facilitated by Kate Suchanek.

Mom & Child Yoga     Wednesdays     5:30-6:30pm
This unique class combines Yoga and play to help you get in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your child.  Experience a calming and restorative time partnering with your child.  Simple poses and breathing exercises help develop coordination and build body awareness form mom while strengthen growing muscles and promote better sleeping patterns for baby. Parent-child Yoga enhances bonding and provides a great opportunity to meet like-minded moms. Facilitated by Kate Suchanek.

Yoga for Cancer Survivors     Mondays     10:30-11:30am
Practicing yoga helps relieve tension and leads to a sense of well-being and strength.  Enjoy a gentle yoga class that combines simple movements with meditation  and breath work leading to increased flexibility, strength and relaxation.  No prior experience required. Facilitated by Kate Suchanek.
