Morning Yoga Mondays - Fridays 8:00-9:00am
Invigorate your mind and spirit with morning yoga. This
integrated class offers a slow and meditative approach to yoga with a focus on
breathing, core strength and proper body alignment. You will become grounded and focused for the
day as you bring breath and
movement into balanced energy.Enjoy reduced stress, increased
flexibility and a greater sense of balance in life. All levels of experience are welcome.Facilitated by Kate Suchanek (Mon. & Thurs.), Tina Ufford
(Tues. & Wed.) and Kay Baucum (Fri.).

Gentle Yoga Mondays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm Relax your body and quiet your mind using gentle physical
movement, breathing exercises and meditation.Classes are designed to enhance well-being, increase flexibility and
gradually build strength. Perfect for beginners or those with more experience
who enjoy a slow paced practice. Melt away tension and stress at the end of
your day. Regain a sense of peace.

for Cancer Survivors Mondays 10:30-11:30am
Practicing
yoga helps relieve tension and leads to a sense of well-being and
strength. Enjoy a gentle yoga class that combines simple movements with
meditation and breath work leading to increased flexibility, strength
and relaxation. No prior experience required.
