outreach programs. There is no membership fee to join The Red
Shoes, we are an open community & our programs are open to all.
The Red Shoes is unique in Baton Rouge. Our mission is to value and
support all women on their life’s journey. We provide programs that encourage
women of all ages and backgrounds to come together to discover their potential.
The Red Shoes is a supportive and safe place for women to learn and help build
bridges of understanding, fostering personal and spiritual growth. Economic empowerment is cultivated by Lifting Loans, our
micro-loan program for women.
It is important to have this dedicated space in Baton Rouge where women
gather. The positive energy that is born each time our hearts and minds come
together at The Red Shoes has a ripple effect in our world. Each woman
leaves with a deeper understanding, a stronger will and a more open heart.
